We accept Visa and Mastercard.
A 50% down payment is required at time reservation is made.
Remaining balance is due one month before date of rental.A $500 security deposit will be charged to your credit card and a full refund will be returned upon satisfactory inspection at end of rental period.
Maximum occupancy is 14 people.
May 1st thru October 31st: $365 per night – 3 night minimum stay required
November 1st thru April 30th: $215 per night – 3 night minimum stay required
May 1st thru October 31st: $1995 per week
November 1st thru April 30th: $1050 per week
May 1st thru October 31st: $6995 per month - all utilities are additional cost.
November 1st thru April 30th: $4500 per month - all utilities are additional cost.
Annual rate: $29,950 – all utilities are additional cost.
Week of PGA: Minimum 10 day stay $8500 starting August 5th through August 15th.
Guest Pets: Negotiable
