• We accept Visa and Mastercard.
• A 50% down payment is required at time reservation is made.
• Remaining balance is due one month before date of rental.A $500 security deposit will be charged to your credit card and a full refund will be returned upon satisfactory inspection at end of rental period.
• Maximum occupancy is 14 people.

Event Rates:

• January 1st, 2011 thru January 1st, 2012: $400 per night or $2500 per week.

Special Rates:

• May 1st, 2011 thru October 31st, 2011: $365 per night or $2190 per week.
• November 1st, 2011 thru April 30th, 2012: $300 per night or $1800 per week.
• Guest Pets: Negotiable
