Windever Farms Information

Whether a small gathering or up to 18, Windever can accommodate you.

Windever is a permanent rental property and is always available for rent.

Our room arrangements consist of 7 bedrooms capable of sleeping up to 18 people.

For your convenience, there are four bathrooms with showers.

We offer a full kitchen, equipped with all utensils, cookware and supplies — including two charcoal outdoor grills. There are two eating counters in the kitchen, and also an informal dining room.

Call us with your grocery list, and we will have the kitchen stocked for your arrival.

Windever hosts a spacious living room, with a wood burning fireplace, and a separate family room - so there is plenty of area for your group or family to spread out and enjoy your favorite activities. A full multimedia experience can be had with the included large screen flat panel TV and Blueray player. The first floor, outside porch, and enclosed gazebo are all wired for music from a provided CD player and tuner. Bring your own music and favorites to enjoy!

There is an outdoor fire pit and wood for evening campfires. Or whether a pleasant day or starry night, you may just want to sit out on the open veranda or screened in gazebo and take in the peaceful view and fresh air. A natural lannon stone terrace in the rear of the property makes a great lounging place for those sunny days. But if your preference is to be out of the sun, a fully screened in porch is attached to the front of the house.

The property also has enough space to park trailers, boats, and even semi-trailers - if that is something you need.

Whatever your day should bring, you can be assured you will return to the comforts of your own home.

Windever provides – microwave oven, dishwasher, central air, TV, vcr/dvd, washer and dryer, linens, guest towels and a two car garage.

To keep you warm and cozy, Windever has a hydronic heating system, with hydronic in-floor heating throughout the entire first floor.

If you have a special need or request, please feel free to let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

After your busy day, you may wish to dine out at one of the many restaurants in the area. A selection of fine dining, family style, lake view and fast food facilities are all within minutes of Windever.

For necessities, grocery stores, drug stores, chain stores and emergency health care are 10 minutes away in nearby Plymouth.
